1. Make a list of all of impacts that your triggers and actions lead to.** The desired impacts in a hierarchical community are either Contained or Communal.

2. Determine which impacts are beneficial versus harmful to to your community.

3. Triggers that lead to impacts that are harmful need to be modified.

Triggers are based on your do's, which are based on your modifications, which in turn are based on your values. To modify a harmful impact you need to make changes somewhere in that chain.

Start with re-evaluating how the trigger is formulated to see if that changes anything and then work your way backwards in the chain until you achieve your desired impact.
